Above all, you are a customer-focused professional with strong communication skills, SAP experience, and a knack for solving problems efficiently while building trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders. We would also imagine that you have:

Vocational certificate, Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience (minimum 2-3 years) in customer service or related administrative roles

Working knowledge of SAP (CRM/SD) and proficiency in MS Office applications

Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication and relationship-building skills

Knowledge of business processes, products, and customer-centric service delivery
It is a plus if you also:

Fundamental product and application knowledge including ability to interpret type keys and identify pump products, spare parts, and motors

Experience working in a multi-channel customer service environment (phone, email, live chat)

Familiarity with digital customer engagement tools and CRM best practices
