Join Micron's DRAM Engineering Group (DEG) and help build the next generation of memory technologies! As a Layout Design Engineer, you will transform circuit schematics into high-quality physical layouts used in semiconductor manufacturing. You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to develop innovative layout solutions for advanced DRAM products while ensuring compliance with design, verification, and manufacturing requirements.

- Build, implement, and verify analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit layouts for advanced DRAM products.
- Collaborate with Build, Verification, Process, and Product Engineering teams to develop efficient floorplans and optimize layout quality.
- Use industry-standard EDA tools, including Cadence Virtuoso and Calibre, to perform layout development, verification, and physical validation.
- Analyze and resolve layout challenges related to antenna effects (ANT), latch-up (LUP), ESD, and other physical build considerations.
- Complete DRC/LVS verification and support tapeout activities to ensure alignment with design, process, and manufacturing requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 4+ years of experience in semiconductor physical layout build.
- Skilled in using Cadence Virtuoso (VLE/VXL) along with Calibre DRC/LVS verification tools.
- Experience translating schematics into manufacturable physical layouts and performing layout verification.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
