Develop and apply Lean Management knowledge in areas of the company, identifying and eliminating waste as much as possible. Develop and implement lean processes that are reliable and safe, as well as improve existing processes in each area of the company.
Develop and execute a strategic plan to support and continuously improve knowledge, skills and the learning environment in a medium-sized, high-mix multinational engineering and manufacturing organization.
Desarrollar y aplicar conocimientos de Manufactura Esbelta (Lean Management) en áreas de la empresa, identificando y eliminando al máximo los desperdicios presentes. Desarrollar e implementar procesos esbeltos que sean confiables y seguros, así como mejorar los procesos ya existentes en cada área de la empresa.
Desarrollar y ejecutar un plan estratégico para brindar apoyo y mejorar continuamente los conocimientos, las habilidades y el entorno de aprendizaje en una organización multinacional de ingeniería y fabricación de tamaño mediano y alta mezcla.

Evaluate systematically using the VSM method to identify waste, improvement opportunities, metrics capable of measuring performance, improvements, and the impact of improvements in the company's processes, including but not limited to the areas of Materials Logistics, Processes, Testing and Administrative Areas.

Lead and train staff in Kaizen projects (continuous improvement) motivating staff through technical knowledge and conviction to develop a culture that always seeks continuous improvement.

Conduct monthly audits of 6's.

Design and implement Production methods that positively impact on the company's metrics (dashboards)

Get directly involved with the self-directed teams project to develop the culture of continuous improvement in all aspects.

Lead the CIP effort by actively participating in the evaluation of suggestions and supporting their implementation.

Actively participate in the transfer of new products with the goal of transferring lean cells and improving them and of integrating Lean Manufacturing concepts from the beginning of the manufacture of new products even if these are not produced in a cell.

Participate in all activities required by the Engineering departments when these are assigned by their superior or are directed to the direction that the company follows.

May stop any manufacturing process when it does not meet the quality specifications required by the client.

Be proactive in identifying and improving situations or conditions that affect the development of the company.

Comply with the Health, Safety and Environment Policy, following the procedures and work instructions applicable to his/her activities for the participation in the established Objectives and Goals.
