Responsibilities:
As a Revenue Management Intern for the DTS channel, you will play a key role in supporting the development of data-driven strategies to unlock growth opportunities in one of the most dynamic channels of the business.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales (DTS), Finance, and Marketing to analyze key commercial levers such as pricing, pack-price architecture, and route-to-market performance. Your work will focus on identifying actionable insights to optimize execution at the point of sale and enhance revenue and profitability across the traditional trade.

Collaborate in the design and execution of short- and long-term Revenue Management strategies for the DTS channel, leveraging key revenue pillars to drive improvements in SOM, profitability, net revenue, and sustainable growth. Evaluate portfolio opportunities by category within DTS based on deep customer and channel understanding to strengthen market share and margins, while supporting monthly BU analyses to identify whitespace opportunities at the point of sale. Provide advanced analytical support for DTS decision-making through insights that integrate consumer behavior, competitive dynamics, and internal financial indicators. Lead the development and tracking of segment-specific initiatives within Gamesa tailored to DTS needs, ensuring alignment with operational feasibility, including packaging timelines with extended teams. Additionally, contribute to the development of long-term pricing strategies and oversee pricing implementation across the channel, complemented by robust discount analysis grounded in consumer insights, benchmarks, and financial impact. Finally, ensure cross-functional alignment of pricing and portfolio strategies, including volume implications, in close collaboration with Finance, Marketing, Commercial, and Sales to maximize execution in the traditional trade environment.
Qualifications:
We are seeking a candidate with 2–3 years of experience in Revenue Management, Finance, or Sales Strategy, with a strong analytical foundation supported by formal training in statistics. The ideal profile demonstrates solid knowledge of the mass consumer goods market, enabling a deep understanding of channel dynamics and growth drivers. Advanced English proficiency, both written and oral, is required to effectively communicate insights and collaborate in a global environment. Additionally, strong database management skills are essential to handle large datasets, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
