Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a bilingual professional with previous experience in the healthcare industry to join our international work environment.
In this role, you will assist customers or patients with healthcare-related requests while providing clear, professional, and empathetic service in English.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers or patients through different communication channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding healthcare-related services and processes.
- Support requests involving appointments, insurance, payments, collections, or other medical services.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer or patient records.
- Follow established procedures while handling sensitive information professionally.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Deliver a positive and empathetic customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Completed bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Advanced English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
- At least one year of experience in a healthcare or medical contact center.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Health insurance
- Appointment scheduling
- Medical billing or collections
- Patient or member services
- Healthcare customer service
- Other healthcare-related processes
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle customer or patient information with professionalism and confidentiality.
Advanced English and previous healthcare industry experience are mandatory requirements for this position.
Compensation
Monthly salary: $19,500
