Fast-Rite International is looking for a proactive and analytical Demand Planner to help optimize inventory, improve customer service levels, and support our Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage demand planning and inventory levels for assigned customer accounts.
- Support Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs.
- Analyze demand trends and identify inventory risks.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, and Operations to ensure product availability.
- Monitor KPIs and recommend inventory improvements.
- Participate in customer account reviews and planning meetings.
- Process customer orders and support daily supply chain activities.
- Drive continuous improvement in planning processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, Logistics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Materials Planning, or Supply Chain.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
