Palouse Homes is a residential property management company based in the United States. We manage over 1,000 rental units across Washington State and Montana and are looking for a reliable, professional Call Receiver to join our Tenant Relations team.
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming calls from tenants and log all interactions accurately in our ticketing system
- Collect caller information and the nature of their concern and route to the appropriate team member
- Follow up on open tickets and communicate status updates to tenants
- Handle a high volume of calls in a professional, calm, and courteous manner
- Maintain organized records and notes for each interaction
What We're Looking For
- Fluent English And Spanish — spoken and written
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, or a similar role
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
- Comfortable working US business hours (Pacific or Mountain Time)
Details
- Fully remote — work from anywhere in Mexico
- Part-time, 24 hours/week. Contractor position.
- Pay: $150 - $200 pesos/hour depending on experience
