Position Summary
We have an exciting opening for a Human Resources General Coordinator in Toluca, México. Plays a key role in supporting our people strategy by ensuring effective execution of HR processes, talent development, and employee relations across both administrative and unionized teams.

Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment with both administrative and unionized personnel.

Technical knowledge: Labor law, payroll processes, recruitment, training, employee relations, and HR information systems (SAP or similar).

Languages: Intermediate to advanced English (written and spoken).
