POSITION OBJECTIVE
Support the Supplier Quality team in the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of processes related to supplier evaluation, development, and performance management. The position provides hands-on experience in quality management systems, supplier quality assurance, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure suppliers meet company and customer quality requirements .
ROLE & RESPONSABILITIES:
Support the monitoring and evaluation of supplier quality performance through established metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Assist in the management and follow-up of supplier quality issues and non-conformities.
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities related to supplier performance.
Support the follow-up of supplier corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely closure and effectiveness.
Collect, analyze, and maintain supplier quality data and performance records.
Prepare reports, presentations, and quality performance summaries for internal review meetings.
Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on reducing defects, improving supplier performance, and enhancing process efficiency.
Maintain updated supplier quality documentation, databases, and records.
Support the review and validation of supplier quality documentation, including PPAP submissions.
Collaborate with Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
Comply with company policies, procedures, quality standards, environmental regulations, and safety requirements.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Basic understanding of Quality Management Systems
Fluent English (written&speaking)
Fundamental knowledge of manufacturing quality concepts.
Basic problem-solving tools (5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Analysis)
Basic interpretation of engineering drawings and specifications.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor: Student of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, preferably in the final semesters.
Advance English (German is advantageous)
