A growing US-based client is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Support Representative to join our team. This is a fully remote, permanent position with substantial opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.
We are looking for a professional who showcases strong employment stability within the customer service or call center field. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and demonstrate advanced English speaking abilities to handle both inbound and outbound customer interactions seamlessly.
Schedule
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and text messages.
- Service Management: Assist customers with cell phone and wireless service inquiries, process orders, and activate new services.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Assist customers in troubleshooting mobile devices to resolve technical issues effectively.
- Billing & Administration: Follow up on invoices, handle transactional inquiries, and ensure order accuracy.
- Inventory Monitoring: Monitor inventory levels and report low stock levels to maintain adequate supply.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in a customer service, call center, or sales environment, demonstrating strong employment stability and longevity in previous roles.
- Language Skills: Excellent, advanced English communication skills (both spoken and written) are strictly required.
- Location: Must permanently reside in a Latin American country.
- Technical Skills: Experience handling multi-channel support (phone, email, and text). Knowledge of cell phones, mobile devices, and wireless services is a strong advantage.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage order processing and inventory reporting.
