What is your role?
As an IT Technician, you will provide onsite technical support for the Reynosa plant, helping maintain reliable desktop, hardware, software, and network operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, supporting end users, and working with a variety of technologies in a fast-paced environment. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to system improvements and support digital tools used across the site.
Key Responsibilities
Provide onsite support for desktop computers, related devices, and end-user technical issues
Install, configure, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on hardware and software
Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues and support enterprise applications
Assist with system upgrades and support digital solutions using tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, and Excel macros
Experiences/Education - Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering or related field
Experience as a Computer Systems Engineer / entry-level IT support profile
Intermediate knowledge of computer hardware installation, configuration, and preventive maintenance, application installation, configuration, and preventive maintenance, network configuration
Experience creating basic Power BI dashboards
Experience installing computer devices
Experiences/Education - Desired
English reading and writing
Experience supporting MES/ERP systems, SharePoint, Excel macros
Manufacturing plant / site support experience
Experience with network node installation and support
