C&B SpecialistPosition Overview
We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Specialist to manage payroll, compensation, and time & attendance processes for a manufacturing operation.
This position will ensure accurate payroll data, compliance with Mexican labor regulations, and effective compensation processes. The role will also work closely with plant leadership, the shelter company, and global headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll data, attendance records, and related reports.
- Calculate and validate weekly payroll, Aguinaldo, PTU, finiquitos, settlements, and benefits.
- Maintain and update salary structures and wage bands.
- Provide accurate payroll information to the shelter company for payroll, tax, and social security processing.
- Maintain time & attendance systems and ensure they comply with Mexican labor regulations.
- Manage expatriate payroll and attendance, including global compensation requirements.
- Prepare monthly payroll and compensation forecasts.
- Support annual HR and compensation projects, including salary reviews, performance management, and HR calendar activities.
- Lead and support the team to ensure payroll and compensation processes are accurate and timely.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in payroll, compensation & benefits, or a related area.
- Previous experience as a team leader, supervisor, or manager.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with an international company.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with payroll, HR, and time & attendance systems.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican Federal Labor Law, payroll taxes, IMSS, and social security requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience managing large amounts of payroll and workforce data.
- English/Spanish bilingual proficiency mandatory.
- Experience working with over +600 HC Manufacturing company.
Sueldo: $32,000.00 - $55,000.00 al mes
