Es una empresa alemana excelente, tanto por la calidad de sus productos como en el trato de su personal ideal para trabajar siempre en ella, asi tambien muy calida con el trato para sus clientes ( medicos, farmacias, hospitales, etc ) Se llevan controles y reportes de trabajo electronicos para revisar y registrar los datos antes y despues de la visita medica para lograr los objetivos de venta lo mas pronto posible apoyados con materiales de trabajo como muestra medica, obsequios, literaturas,estudios, laptop , etc . Aprendi diferentes tecnicas de ventas, y a manejar sobre todo el dialogo claro encaminado a convencer al medico de que mis productos ofrece las mejores caracteristicas y beneficios para el paciente. Mi gerente me cambio en 3 ocaciones a otras lineas que no lograban sus objetivos porq me decia que yo era como el rambo del aquipo y q yo le ofrecia garantia de resultados inmediatos pero a mi me perjudicaba para el pago de mis insentivos que bajaban dramaticamente y repercutia en mi bolsillo. Con mis colegas habia armonia laboral en general. En el trabajo de representante medico no hay ninguna dificultad mientras disfrutes de lo que haces pero nunca se debe perder de vista el objetivo final que es la venta de los productos en promocion convenciendo a nuestros clientes que tienen en sus manos el mejor producto para solucionar el problema de salud a sus pacientes. Ambiente de trabajo excelente, mala planeación del área de operaciones
Un día típico de trabajo: Al llegar se debe realizar todos los análisis correspondientes para la liberación de los sistemas críticos, atender las necesidades de las áreas de producción como de las áreas administrativas, realizar análisis, reportar Y capturar resultados de acuerdo a BPL y BPD, Lo que aprendí: Ser organizado, trabajar bajo presión y dar resultados en tiempo, proactividad, apego a normas, detectar las necesidades de mis clientes internos y externos, expertis en diversos análisis (microbiológicos, fisicoquímicos, generalidades en análisis con animales) La direcció/gerencia: La relación es bastante buena ya que tienen apertura y te involucran de manera directa en los objetivos definidos por la empresa. Mis colegas: Excelentes personas, es un placer trabajar con ellos. La parte mas difícil: Carga de trabajo excesiva, mala planeación por parte de las áreas de planeación de la producción. Buenas y malas experiencias
Mis actividades en el último territorio donde trabajé, iniciaban a las 11:00 am el 90% de las veces y otras tantas concluía muy tarde por las especialidades que me tocaba visitar, esto me enseñó a ocupar de manera eficaz mi tiempo para cumplir con mi trabajo de mejor manera, durante mi estancia tuve varios cambios de gerentes distritales, sin embargo sólo 3 de ellos me ayudaron no sólo a mi sino al equipo a lograr los objetivos solicitados y alcanzar premios tanto económicos como viajes al extranjero, tuve colegas con los que hubo buen trabajo en equipo, la parte más difícil fue el cambio de residencia de provincia a la CDMX en un territorio que valía 3 veces el valor de mercado y ser zona algo peligrosa, lo que me gustó fue haber tenido cambios de territorio y alcanzar objetivos que me dieron recompensas gratas.

Una empresa buena-El liderazgo en la planta de manufactura no es nada competente.
Yo trabajé ahí un tiempo, la empresa es buena, buenas prestaciones, buenos sueldos, trabajo interesante y retador, personas que se desarrollan desde becarios hasta donde su capacidad les dé, etc... Sin embargo, existe una cultura de trabajo muy tóxica, todo mundo se está comparando entre sí, entre colegas del mismo departamento, entre áreas, entre gerencias, entre direcciones, etc.. La cultura es simplemente TOXICA y aunque todos se hablen bien y salgan a tomar unos tragos despues del empleo, y haya en verdad gente que se lleva bien, todos en el fondo están en una constante competencia que te hace no poder confiarte de nadie. Adicional, las decisiones gerenciales son pésimas... no hay un verdadero lider, no hay ua visión y nuevamente, nadie quiere hacer nada. Una máquina parada es culpa de todos y de nadie. Cuál es la solución de los mandos medios? Pedir que se arranque. Cuál es la solución de las gerencias? Exigir que se arranque. Pero nadie nunca tiene un verdadero plan, por que nadie nunca quiere en verdad trabajar.

Ultimamente era mucho el trabajo administrativo no enfocado a un resultado,pero dentro de todo es una gran empresa para trabajar en ella
Un dia de trabajo incluia para mi tener un plan de accion desde un dia antes, la cita de la mañana 8:30am, en una farmacia para aprovechar el tiempo y posteriormente las 2 farmacias restantes, para determibar stocks de productos, y en su defecto detectar las necesidades de los encargados de farmacias. Mi visita a los medicos incluia objetivo de visita, tecnica de ventas, para tener un cierre contundente, planteando el objetivo de la proxima visita. Tal ves lo mas dificil del trabajo es detectar la necesidad detras de la necesidad de los medicos ya que muchas veces por tiempo no es posible, por eso siempre me era importante llevar en mente un objetivo claro, que al final me dio muchas satisfacciones cuando pude incrementar el intimacy con algunos de mis medicos de dificil abordaje

Buena escuela de capacitacion con excelentes prestaciones.
Representante medico con mucha interacciones con los médicos, farmacias y hospitales lo cual pude lograr un buen desempeño y clima laboral muy cómodo con mis compañeros de trabajo, la parte que mas me gustaba es el cierre con el medico y lograr el compromiso con el medico para generar receta medica de mis productos. Tuve una capacitación constante y con muchos cambios de estrategia lo cual me resulto muy bueno para desarrollar mi técnica de ventas personalizada. La parte mas difícil fue la separación de la empresa por reestructura a nivel nacional. Lo que aprendí fue una muy buena técnica de ventas y a realizar cierres de venta, así como estar listo a los constantes cambios de estrategia. Fascinado con las ventas.

I took early retirement on December 31, 2014 The job required constant traveling and sometimes with very short time notice. Traveling represented approximately 50% of my working time and trips were across continents and time zones. A typical day at the field meant long hours, deep concentration to prioritize activities and achieve completing the audit objectives in the allotted time. As an audit manager I was responsible of assigning tasks to other junior or senior auditors and support them in dealing with technical and managing aspects of the job. Audit report preparation was the main responsibility of an audit manager. Relationship with auditees' management was critical, especially with senior executives of large Boehringer Ingelheim (BI) subsidiaries. The goal was to be perceived as a consultant providing value-added recommendations than a mere auditor checking compliance with company procedures "by-the-book". It was very rewarding when senior executives expressed total agreement with your proposals and were ready to take action eagerly. Being in the same position for a long period allowed me to create an environment of trust and respect that was extremely valuable in professional discussions, but on the other hand keeping that environment alive was demanding and allowed little room for mistakes and mismanagement. A too big to fail corporate disposition
As an Onsite Support Specialist, your actual IT skills aren't used. You're more like a gopher that is knee jerk reacting to requests. Zero training. Zero health insurance. You aren't given administrator access or basic tools to do your job. Even basic things you don't have permissions to do, You're always waiting on other people. Which leads to people waiting on you. Bosses and employees do "drive bys" and interrupt your work. That means walking up to your cube or snagging you on Skype or Teams. No one seems to use tickets or email, when you're supposed to. (If you know a person's Teams or Skype, you know their email) The corporate it structure is global. Everything is pre decided. If there is a problem with a computer, even a simple fixable one, the answer is to swap and re-image. The company suffers from too many "silos of data." it's gotten out of hand on a global scale (serious, not joking.) Data is lost, stale, and mismanaged. No one knows what system to look in to find things, as multiple topics are split up. As of right now I can count 7 different DMS systems, email, skype, teams, they are trying to use OneDrive as drive letters. Even the Learning System for the company is oddly broken. For some reason they have a Yammer and multiple search portals. There's a serious lack of structure and care. This is a process driven company, but there is too much red tape. Onboarding is horrible. Very stressful
The employer is a very high stress level employer to ever work for. These managers and human resources say they will keep your information secret. Pay scales are all blown different directions. When I worked for Fermenta Animal health this was the ideal employer to ever work for. These people were great people. Boehringer bought them out then they picked us off one at a time.. Then One by one the Big Employer Boehringer did everything in their power to kill out our production and fired us one by one. Reason??? Because they discriminated us. Seems the employees with children were the first to go, this was noticed by more than one employee. The atmosphere in the plant was miserable with all the back stabbing cutthroats by area managers that was our bosses would talk about you if you ever went to any of them for a personal reason my friends its completely throughout the plant I can guarantee you this. They thrive on talking behind your back about your issues you have secretly talked to them because you thought you could trust them. Wake Up Folks. Organization pays well, but money isn't everything.
I have worked for Boehringer Ingelheim for almost 5 years now. The work can be physically taxing, depending on which department you work in. There is a lot of standing, walking, very repetitive lifting and loading. Management in my department has certain leaders that lack integrity, empathy for employees and some lack mental stability. While there are great leaders at this company union workers rarely get to see or speak with them and due to a fear based environment any feedback on supervisors is rarely communicated to those great leaders. The pay is very good, but like I said, money isn't everything. I work 3 twelve hour shifts and it is hard on the body and the mind. I do not see my kids for three days. The job is physically demanding on your back and ergonomics is unheard of. Most supervisors and managers in my department do not care about their employees or what their employees have to say. It's an environment that is based on the idea that we pay you more than anyone else so we can treat you however we like. And that's when they get you paycheck right, which is about 60% of the time. Human resources is not a safe haven for employees to run to either. Unless you like having someone role their eyes at you and speak to you in a condescending manner the entire time. Bottom line is, in my department, most management treats you very bad, the morale is low and most workers have given up and do not do any work, which makes it so much harder for those of us that

I wished things were better
Literally every piece of equipment is always in a state of disrepair with ad hoc measures being implemented as stop gap measures instead of making proper repairs or corrective actions. The hoteling area is littered with broken equipment parts, unused equipment parts and rotting food. Sometimes the food is left out for weeks on end. On a good day it's just disgusting to look at, on a bad day it's absolutely revolting. The hoteling area looks and smells like a homeless encampment. In the production area, the hallways are always littered with parts and equipment of unknown status. Needed new equipment is ordered and delivered but cannot be released for production because of a bureaucratic maze of stupidity often for years on end. With no one ever held accountable for its implementation. Programming for the equipment operations is not written or correctly tested and is riddled with errors, placing operations on hold for hours. Instructions are often disseminated to operators via nonGMP sources. Simple operations are often very complex/confusing and it's easier to solve a Rubik's Cube than to run a CIP/SIP, because of the use of unreferenced multiple source documents needed. Operators often are unsure where the written procedure ends and” tribal knowledge” begins even during critical operations. Furthermore, Management is fully aware of the shortcomings but lacks the intellectual horsepower and the abstract reasoning skills needed in order to correct the situation. Further exace

It all depends on the position you have
As I noted, it all depends on the position you have. If you're an administrative assistant, you're treated with disrespect. I've endured 3 years of torture working for two people in the Legal Dept. You're not appreciated and the lawyers break down their assistants to the point of crying either in the restrooms, cars, or at their desk. As for benefits, it was the best. The cafeteria has good food. The campus has their own gym, which was nice with clean functioning showers. I used to break out in hives because of the job, amazingly, the hives cleared up when I was terminated. I used to get a kick out of my boss; I used to go to school since BI offers tuition reimbursement. I would pay for my tuition and my boss would hold off for 3 months to approve the form when my grades were A's & B's. I felt she would do it out of spite. Human Resources doesn't help when you go to them for advice. Once you do go to HR, you're on the hit list for termination. The admins are very clicky to the point that you don't feel welcome. In addition, if you didn't fit "their approval" on how you dressed or looked, they would join forces to sabatoge you and your job. After I was terminated, I was informed that my two reporting managers went through five admin assistant's in one year. It helped me heal from the ordeal I went through. I look back and thank God that I'm no longer there because I'm healthier mentally and physically since my employment ended at BI.

Productive
Great company with good benefits. Managment overall was like working for a robot. Training not so good and the morality was awful. I understand business is business but honestly I really do not mean to sound like it was all that bad but I guess Im entitled to my own oppinion.On the outside looking in they have good goals and high expantations and apparently the money to back it up. There is alot of things that are to be picked on in any company but on the inside looking in I do know there are phases and standards and certain procedures to deal with in a company like this but with this company I felt like it was just too much competiveness and backstabing inside the company it felt like high school with all the clicks. I am competative but competative with the company as a whole and to me when you get promoted its because you deserve it not because you stabbed someone in the back to get there. Yes it is nice to get that promotion but to me to even being the one to promoting is to blame if they are giving the job to the ones like that, this is just an example. Another one is, you can bring something to a managers attention and unless it affects them they let it go till it blows up. Dont get me wrong I am all about rules, this company has a way of making you feel your not good enough. However i am thankful for the oppurtunity, but I want to feel like im welcome.... Some people can hack it in this environment and i probably could too but I have learned the hard way life is too

Actualmente es home office, pero cuando hay que ir, si es complicado yo vivía hasta el norte de la ciudad y la empresa esta en Xochimilco, solo para salir de ahí hice hasta media hora
