Excellent company to work for but they should also offer health benefits to part time employees. Hate to leave but due to health issues I am forced to
This company does not appreciate their employees. They don't care if someone has been there years they will look over them to give a position to an outsider.
Great job! Lots of work and encouragement to move up. Diverse duties so you were never bored. Met and befriended a lot of like minded individuals. Businesses we serviced were for the most part friendly and courteous. Management and the team were great. Looking for a great low impact job, this one is it
Large company, good people working there. Typical retail atmosphere.
Overall great company
No complaints. The Company's willingness to work with you when you have a personal problem is great. Great benefits from a personal standpoint. No other concerns.
Good people tons of room for growth. Gives you real life experiences with the day to day customer. They strive for customer satisfaction and that’s something I take pride in.
Productive and continually learning enviroment
A typical day for a full time employee consists of 10 hours, dealing with multiple customers, inventory and anything that the manager may need completed.
I learned more about managing a store, and dealing with every day issues with employees, customers, and inventory.
Management can vary store to store, Management above the store managers is well structured. Store management seems different depending on where I was placed.
The culture was solid and if you enjoyed getting involved it was great.
The employees who enjoy this company spent a lot of time there, and believed in the company.
The hardest part was adjusting to the ever changing schedules, and last second requests.
The most enjoyable part of the job was dealing with the customers and learning and helping with vehicles.
Ventajas1hr break, good discounts
At least it's not Advance Auto Parts
There are a hand full of good jobs there. A lot of people I worked with were good people. It's truly the bottom of the retail food chain. Your expected to wear pins to work like it's a restaurant from the late 80's. Managment is hit or miss, if you get the right guy you could enjoy it but pick the wrong guy and you wonder why you wanted to work there.
VentajasEasy to move up because they are so high with turnover. CEO
Driving 4 to 8 hrs. a day. Loading of Parts. Mgt. Poor, nice coworkers, finding locations, meeting other people.
Autozone Hub Driver
Working as a hub driver often leads to long days but in the long run, less days due to longer hours.
Overall days consist of getting to work, loading up the truck, then driving to various stores and dropping off parts.
