buen prestigio de la empresa preocupada por el bienestar de sus empleados, en resumen un lugar ideal para trabajar
empresa reconocida a nivel mundial con buenas oprtunidades de crecimiento laboral, muy buenas prestaciones con eventos de factor humano, da oportunidad de crecimiento internamente, lo que mas me gusto es su etica, con buena remuneracion, cultura laboral excelente y estabilidad laboral, preocupada por satisfacer los requerimintos del cliente, en tiempo y calidad, aqui aprendi varios aspectos como laborales manejo de emociones etc, la direccion general es muy buena y con conocimiento
Gran ambiente de trabajo, la empresa hace ver que cada departamento es un engranaje de un todo.
Un día típico en Adient si bien no es estresante si presenta retos a superar y eso es bueno, aprendí mucho sobre costura y la gerencia suele ser acertada en sus decisiones, la cultura de la empresa es muy familiar y el comedor excelente, la parte mas difícil del trabajo es aprender ciertos procesos que se deben seguir pero lo que mas me gusto es que todos te apoyan para lograr los objetivos, realmente se hace equipo.

Tiene un buen ambiente. El trabajo es dinamico, es una empresa con sistemas desarrollados que ayudan a realizar tu trabajo. Es una empresa que esta atenta a los cambios. Es una empresa de clase mundial. Lo mas dificil es la variedad de clientes que contaba la Planta donde trabaje. Es una empresa donde aprendes mucho y dan oportunidades de crecimiento.

Una empresa que no está comprometida con sus valores
La empresa está manejada por un grupo de amigos a los que les interesa únicamente disfrazar la información para quedar bien con el corporativo, sin embargo no están comprometidos con la mejora continúa, con el desarrollo de los empleados no con cumplir con los valores que se suponen rigen su vida interna, al momento de que ocurre un problema se van por lo más fácil correr al empleado y decir que el era la causa del problema

Excelente
Muy buen ambiente de trabajo, la cultura laboral es excelente, la empresa es atenta a las necesidades de las personas que trbajan ahí, la mayoría por lo que he escuchado se siente agusto en sus puesto, yo así lo estuve, para los prácticantes es una excelente empresa para comenzar, aprender e iniciar con los retos laborales.

Mi tiempo como becario en Adient fue excelente.
Tuve la oportunidad de aplicar muchos conocimientos de la universidad y crear contactos en el ámbito laboral.
El ambiente es muy bueno entre departamentos, la empresa va creciendo y existe una ambiente muy positivo.
En todo momento me sentí apoyado por mis jefes e hicieron saber que aunque era un becario, mi trabajo era importante para la organización.
Resalto este título porque el hecho de que haya gente mayor carece de ideas frescas y todo lo quieren hacer a la antigua.
Es difícil crecer en la empresa, prefieren traer gente de otras plantas (misma compañía), acomodando a los conocidos y/o amigos.
Respecto al trato de los operadores de producción, suelen ser groseros y prepotentes, incitando malas conductas y faltas de respeto.
es una buena empresa para trabajar ya que cuenta con muchos beneficios, ayudas escolares, rembolso de colegiaturas a estudiantes, buenas utilidades,un buen nivel de trabajo y entendimiento hacia los empleados del area de produccion

Una gran empresa, estoy satisfecha con la oportunidad de trabajo que se me presento en Adient, grandes compañeros que hacen un muy buen ambiente laboral, ademas de oportunidad de experiencia y crecimineto no solo en el area que te desempeñas si no en otras mas, los eventos muy agradables tambien. el trabajo se hace ameno con la buena vibra de la planta.
I would say the place it self its bad. It's how they want to to run(Management) just like any place else that builds for a major car manufacture. The job you get and in what department determines the hours you work and the overtime you get. Now there are some days you walk in and they send everyone of low clock numbers like 1-900 home because there may not be enough for everyone there. So all new people and high clock numbers stay and work. They do ask if you are sent home if you want to use a whole/half vacation day or no pay(lack of work). This is a double edge sword. you can loose all your vacation days in a month if they ask you every other day. It can get that bad. Then there is time you don't any time off. If you need a day off and you don't have any ETO days(emergency time off) you get 2 the first years you are there. then after being there 5 Years you get 5 days a year. They do not roll over so no stacking. Your vacation days don't ether. you use them or they pay you out for want you don't use the 2 to 3rd week for the new year. Taking time off can really be a fight sometimes. Unless you know someone in the same department that will get you their day because out off 1,000+ people they only allow 2 people a day to have off in any department. So if you have to the doctor or help your family better just call in an eto if you have them it doesn't count as an strike. You just lose the monthly attendance of 100 dollars. yes they give you 100 dollars a month for perfect atte

Kultura pracy
Temperatury latem na hali produkcyjnej przekraczaja 35°C, a na "cieplejszym" wydziale nawet 42°C, bezpośrednio przy maszynie moze nawet wiecej.
Nie ma mowy o jakiejkolwiek kulturze pracy w takich warunkach. Wtedy kultura pracy zmienia się w survival.
Kadra zarządzajaca
Zdarza się że wdrażane są pomysły totalnie nieprzemyślane a czasem wręcz utrudniające prace a dobre pomysły są odrzucane. Wszystko zależy na jakim szczeblu jest pomysłodawca. Potrzebne czy nie te z najwyzszych szczebli są od ręki realizowane. Miałem osobiście przypadek odrzucenia pomysłu bo nie został zrozumiany ponadto, mialem sytuacje trzykrotnego odwolywania się po odrzuceniu za kazdym razem slyszałem inny powód. Oczywiście żaden racjonalny tak żebym mogł powiedzieć: "Racja, to niezadziała" zamiast tego nasuwało mi się:"A co ma piernik do wiatraka?" (W tej sytuacji chciałbym zwrocić uwagę najbardziej na brak profesjonalizmu osoby zajmującej ważne stanowisko)
Wiele stanowisk jest obsadzonych przez osoby które poprostu pracują w fabryce najdłużej, a wiele przez osoby niewykształcone odpowiednio(chodź w tym drugim przypadku ostatni rok, spory progress) a to doprowadzało do błędów logicznych w instrukcjach, nazewnictnie(co juz jest dla mnie wogole fenomenem bo dopasowanie nazw to poziom 3 klasy szkoły podstawowej) oraz niejasne treści, treści mało precyzyjne(przykład: działania zastępcze-instrukcja ustna) błędy są niezauwazane a wskazane

Don't expect much from the management here. Promotions are not awarded based on abilities to do a job, yet rewarded based on who's the favorite. Managers come and go faster than production employees. Pay needs to be improved for the area. Inflation is killing Middle Tennessee and this job hasn't kept up. Many jobs in the area offer better pay with better benefits and they are always hiring. Due to that, we are always understaffed, yet are constantly jumped on top keep production high. If you're one of the favorites got can get away with anything here. Management does not enforce the rules and regulations equally. A few random surprise inspections from TOSHA needs to happen. Nothing they can prepare for. They care nothing about safety until it's time for inspection. Honestly, this place needs an overhaul from top to bottom when it comes to management, especially ANYONE that works in the offices. Oh, least I forget, production line balancing is a joke. I don't know who designed and setup the layout for the new rogue, but they need to rethink a ton. You have some jobs that are so easy you can complete in 10 seconds and others that are so hard you struggle to even get close to tact time. Oh, but don't worry about the easy jobs, that's where they stick all the halfwit uneducated warm body temps they can get for the week. Most all new people leave within their first week. I've only stuck to it because I've been there for over 10 years. I'm topped out on pay. I hate starting over

Acima de qualquer coisa, a empresa disponibiliza de forma periódica uma avaliação para que você possa ter a chance de acompanhar o seu desenvolvimento e também possa ser avaliado, caso uma melhor oportunidade apareça.
Tive um bom relacionamento com os gestores da ocasião e também trabalhei bastante o meu relacionamento interpessoal com meus colegas de trabalho que por sinal se tornaram bons amigos, sempre nos respeitando e nos ajudando a superar nossos limites profissionais em prol da organização. As vezes o que se tornava difícil era quando os gestores se viam obrigados a realizarem manobras enérgicas para controlar a saúde financeira da empresa devido alguma situação inesperada, isso ocasionava desligamentos em massa o que para minha área se tornava um período de alta demanda, junto das coletivas que também eram utilizadas como manobras alternativas. O período que permaneci na Adient me fez amadurecer mais como pessoa e profissional, atualmente tenho outra visão das coisas e uma ciência maior do quanto é complicado uma tomada de decisão e cada procedimento realizado após este, e sou grato pela oportunidade. Com certeza retomaria a empresa caso tivesse a chance..

● Work-life balance
In Holland on 3rd we are mostly scheduled for 10's but generally end up working 9's. I've only actually worked one Saturday and that was due to a short holiday week(New Years).
● Pay & benefits
Pay is slightly better than some local Holland factories. On 3rd shift you get 75 cent shift premium.
● Job security and advancement
Not many additional training options besides cross training to learn new positions within your specific line, such as in an assembly position you may have the option to learn the Mig or robotic welder.
● Management
My original night shift manager was very helpful. Now we have a new night shift manager but I have not even met him yet.
● Culture
Just like at any factory, you will have nice people that are helpful but you will also have the jerks who will do anything to make themselves look better than you. Mind your own business and you will be fine. You're there for a paycheck, not to make friends.
● Overall
Not a bad job. Some lines are easier than others which is normal in any job. Decent pay, benefits on day one. Learn your job, work hard and just do your thing. One HR lady at the Holland plant, Sue, has been very helpful. Good vacation package. If you work 3rd shift to start with and have hopes to go to days eventually, keep on wishing! Many 3rd shift workers have 10+ years on 3rd because people on days dont leave.
The worst place I've ever worked. On my first day I was taken to the floor and left after being introduced to one person. They claim it was by design to see if I would sink or swim. That works, but I was never formally trained by any of my peers. Everything I learned was on my own. I had to come up with my own system. Contractors are treated very poorly from hourly and salaried personnel. Constant changes in upper management. No clear path.
One of the most cut throat back stabbing environments Ive ever seen. Everyones terrified for their jobs and walking on eggshells. I was contacted by two companies before starting. Even while working there I continued to receive calls form agencies looking for people for Adient. I trained four supervisors in the 8 months there because of the high turnover rates. Lots of running outside and diving through trailers for parts before the plant shuts down. Your running through urine and mudd all day to keep a plant running. No one knows you do it or cares. I went to Hr about how a new Materials Manager talked to me and nothing was done. I turned in sensative information to HR with my Social Security number on it and it was lost three times. Do yourself a favor. Don't do it.

The Adient Environment
Overall it is a good environment but a lot of the managers there don't acknowledge you as a worker. Some will walk right by you like you don't exist on the face of the earth. There is also a lot of unfair favoritism. They pick and choose who they want to succeed and the rest just stay in the same spot and don't move up. A lot of people don't want to show you how to do new things in fear of you taking their job. I learned a lot of the jobs on my own by reading the work instructions and performing them alone. Overall the company is good to work for they have great benefits and the other employees are a great group of people that make you look forward to coming to work. One of the hardest parts of the job is getting used to being on a shift and never getting to change. I'm stuck on 2nd shift and would like 1st shift but I cant get on 1st because I keep hearing that there isn't any openings. I'm thankful for the job but id like to spend more time with my family. The most enjoyable part of the job is helping my other coworkers and solving issues together if they have a problem they cant solve.

Mint minden gyárban, itt is vannak könnyebb és nehezebb munkallomások, de amúgy tapasztalataim alapján nem mondható, hogy olyan nehéz feladatokat kapnánk, hereveréről ennek ellenére szó sincs, durván elfáradunk a nap végére. A fizetés elmarad a többi móri gyárhoz képest, hiszen az egyikben már tavaly is többet kerestek, mint mi idén. Régebben a túlórák és az éjszakai pótlék azért kompenzációt jelentett, de mivel egyik sincs már, vagy alig, ehhez hozzáadva, hogy sorok és műszakok szűntek meg, elég sötétnek tűnik a gyáregység jövője.
Ehhez jön még, hogy az úgynevezett supervisor, nulla gyártósori tapasztalatával a fűtött irodából grafikonokat nézve meg van győződve arról, hogy mi bizony csak a fenekünket vakarjuk, ezzel megpróbálva kisajtolni belőlünk még többet, egyre kevesebb bérért, a bónuszok elvonásával fenyegetve azokat, akik az ő pénzét keresik. Grat!
Az előrelépésről annyit, hogy operátorként felejtsd el, hacsak nem vagy haver, vagy nem szeretnél egyéb módszerekkel előnyre szert tenni. mint pl. a nyelveddel ;)
Illetve minél több mindent végzel el, minél becsületesebben, annál jobban kizsákmányolnak, úgyhogy csak óvatosan :)
The hierarchy was terrible. Line operators were treated poorly by management. Team leaders were lazy and butt kissers to upper management to keep their jobs. Employees sleep with supervisors for better positions/treatment and pull around the office. Supervisors walked around like they owned the building and bragged/talked down to employees. Complaints were made to HR multiple times by numerous employees for racism, mistreatment, termination threats and inappropriate behavior. Upper office management never did anything and only ever talked to supervisors about situations and never communicated with unhappy employees. Unbelievable amounts of drama between supervisors and operators. Absolutely no gratitude towards employees. You’ll never hear a good job or nice work. No opportunity for advancement beyond a simple team leader position without a degree, but good luck because management feels threatened and will come up with reasons to fire people to keep their job security.

This company has the most hateful, aggressive management team out of any company that I have worked for.
First off, temps get away with anything. Being tardy, calling off, not actually doing a job—no big deal. If you’re hired in, you have VERY LITTLE vacation/call off days and if you go one second over, you’re fired. (Or depending on who you are, there’s no limit and you’ll never get in trouble)
Second shift supervisors aren’t there to supervise and make sure everything’s working, I swear they are bonused on how many write ups they can write in a single shift.
Never seen a company that wants to fire it’s best employees so bad. They don’t actually see or understand how any of the production aspect works and what we do to keep the lines moving.
Overtime? Get used to it. It’s not optional, and it’s not going anywhere. At one point, it was 7 days a week, 12 hours a day for about a year. Your only days off were the FEW you were allowed every 365 days (8 days a year…) no exceptions.
Or you might be working barely 6-7 hour shifts 4 or 5 days a week. There’s no stability.
