Before You Continue Reading
This is not an entry-level position.
This is not a role for someone looking to "break into sales."
This is not a role for someone who needs constant direction, daily task lists, or frequent supervision.
This is not a role for someone who's still experimenting to see whether business development is the right career.
And it's certainly not a role for someone who gives up after hearing "no" a few times.
We're looking for someone who has already done this before.
Someone who understands how to create opportunities from nothing.
Someone who knows how to build relationships with decision-makers.
Someone who knows how to prospect consistently.
Someone who understands that high-value sales take patience.
Someone who doesn't stop following up because a deal takes six months instead of six days.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Self-motivated
- Highly disciplined
- Competitive
- Resourceful
- Persistent
- Loyal
- Professional
- Hungry to succeed
Our clients invest hundreds of thousands of dollars into our products. These are consultative, relationship-driven sales, not transactional sales.
Success comes from consistency, resilience, professionalism, and long-term thinking.
If you've built a business before and you're looking for a place where your effort directly impacts both your income and the company's growth, you'll fit in well here.
About the Role
This position begins as a part-time role with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance and mutual fit.
Every new hire begins with a 90-day evaluation period designed to ensure alignment in performance, communication, initiative, professionalism, and culture—for both sides.
For the right person, this becomes a long-term career with increasing responsibility, leadership opportunities, and substantial earning potential.
Compensation
This position offers a competitive base salary plus an uncapped performance-based commission structure.
Because NovaDeck sells premium luxury products with high project values, every successful project represents a significant earning opportunity.
Our sales process is different from traditional sales.
You'll be working with architects, luxury builders, developers, hotel groups, designers, and commercial decision-makers. These projects often take several months from the first conversation to a signed contract.
We're not looking for someone chasing quick wins.
We're looking for someone who understands that consistency wins.
Someone who continues prospecting while existing opportunities mature.
Someone who follows up professionally without becoming discouraged.
Someone who understands that today's conversation can become next year's largest commission.

There is no cap on commission earnings.
The more business you generate, the more you earn.
For someone who consistently creates opportunities and closes business, this position offers exceptional income potential.
